There is no basket. Send a short list of what you need, the sizes, and your address, and we reply the same working day with a total and the ways to pay.
Paying
Bank transfer or card over the telephone. We post once the payment has arrived, usually the next working day, second class in a padded envelope.
Returns
Straps and glass can come back unused within fourteen days for a refund of the item price. Batteries cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Sizes
Strap width is the distance between the lugs where the strap attaches. If in doubt, measure the old strap at its widest point near the case, or post us a photograph with a ruler in it.
Telephone orders are taken Tuesday to Saturday, ten until four. Outside those hours leave a message and we will ring back.
